No Refund, No Return Policy

All sales on REMEMBER THE PREAMBLE STORE are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed.

Why We Have This Policy:
- Each item is custom-printed specifically for you when ordered
- Production begins shortly after your order is placed
- These personalized items cannot be resold to other customers

Exceptions:
We may consider the following limited exceptions at our sole discretion:

1. Damaged or Defective Items:
   If you receive an item that is damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement (not a refund) for verified manufacturing defects.

2. Order Never Received:
   If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund, no return policy.
